Yan,
Some years ago, I purchased the movie, Man of Aran and experiemented with various soundtracks for greater dramatic effect. none of my choices were satisfactory until I tried BSp’s latest effort which proved sea-worthy. Your recent soundtack provide elegiac froth with a minimum of fuss perfectly complimenting Flaherty’s ‘headlong’ cinematic approach.
Once, while visiting Innishmore Island, I entered Dun Angus alone and was captivated by the sounds of ocean, stones and history – magic that is echoed in your music to this day.
Thanks for balancing land, sea and sky for the voyagers.
